Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HostMetrics (hostmetrics.app), operated by DhanurGo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

HostMetrics is a fleet analytics platform designed for Turo hosts. It provides tools to track vehicle earnings, expenses, profitability, and manage fleet operations. The service includes CSV data imports, banking integrations, partner management, and financial reporting.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use HostMetrics.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@hostmetrics.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• HostMetrics offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) billed monthly or annually.
• All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

4. Your Data

• You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate through HostMetrics (trip data, expenses, documents, etc.).
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.
• We do not access, share, or sell your data to third parties except as needed to provide the service (e.g., Plaid for banking, Stripe for payments).
• You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Banking Integration (Plaid)

If you choose to connect a bank account through Plaid, you acknowledge that:

• Plaid will access your banking data according to Plaid's Terms of Service.
• We receive transaction data (amounts, dates, merchant names) and account balances to provide analytics.
• We do not store your bank login credentials — Plaid handles authentication directly.
• You can disconnect your bank account at any time from the Banking settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written consent.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single account.

7. Intellectual Property

The HostMetrics service, including its design, code, brand, and documentation, is the property of DhanurGo LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the service without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HostMetrics is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

HostMetrics is an analytics tool — it is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. The data and reports generated by the service are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any financial data and should consult a qualified professional for tax and accounting decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DhanurGo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@hostmetrics.app.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
